The Tragic Innocence by Cesar Levy

Things that make you go hmmmm. This is how I would describe the latest collection from local LA artist, Cesar Levy.  The Tragic Innocence is bursting with dark humor and adds "the human factor in child behavior and the pleasures of discovering, experimenting, breaking rules and being in charge."  The pieces also reflect the repercussions of "social judgment, the effects of parental disfunction and how children live blissfully unaware of danger and consequences."  Deep messages intertwined with colorful depictions of children at play.
