Rediscovering LACMA

Looking for something to do this Labor Day weekend?  Try exploring your own city!  Living in Los Angeles, there is always something happening.  Take for instance the LACMA - Los Angeles County of Museum of Art.  Not only does the museum house over 100,000 pieces dating from ancient times to present, but it also plays host to a colorful calendar of events that cater to a wide variety of tastes.  Recently, I attended Muse 'Til midnight 2012: Listen to Art, a night of contemporary art showings paired with an exploration of sounds that included both amplified and "silent" music.  For more information on upcoming events go to http://www.lacma.org/visit/calendar  Follow my blog with Bloglovin
