Sexy Shoulders: Single arm kettlebell shoulder press

There is not just one arm movment that will get you the perfect pipes, but this movement comes very close by targeting the upper shoulder and the lat muscles, pulling in double duty. Stand with the kettlebell tucked to your chest and thumbs touching collar bone. Push the weight straight overhead, and then slowly lower it back down to the starting position. Take your time and don't strain your neck. Always remember to take low belly breaths.
